When You Visit:

Here’s what you can expect when you visit with us:

Acapella Congregational Singing – We are taught, “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord” (Ephesians 5:19).

Sound Preaching and Teaching – Bible classes and sermons will be simple and Scriptural as preachers and teachers “Preach the word” (2 Timothy 4:2) and “Speak…sound doctrine” (Titus 2:1).

Reverent Prayer – We believe in the power of prayer. “…The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much” (James 5:16). Prayers will be directed to our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Lord’s Supper – On the first day of the week, the Lord’s supper will be observed as the Lord instructed, with unleavened bread and fruit of the vine (1 Corinthians 11:23-26).

The Collection – A collection will be taken so that the local saints may lay by in store on the first day of the week as God has prospered them, in accordance with (1 Corinthians 16:1-2). We do not seek any money from visitors. We’re just glad that you are with us.

Caring and Loving People – The Lord’s people are identified by their love (John 13:34-35). As members of Christ’s body, we have the “same care one for another” (1 Corinthians 12:25) – the kind of care where we “rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep” (Romans 12:15).

Come be with us at our next service.
